Steps to instal Rope Lights: Regular seams are the simplest and most common way to instal seam lighting. Cable clips, cable lights, power supply and hammer are required. The length of the seam depends on the time required for installation. 1. Decide where the rope lights are – Pick where you want the rope lights to be mounted. The rope lighting on the ceiling, the roof trunks or maybe the floor deck is often mounted to achieve the desired effects. Consider the location of the power supply to ensure that the seam meets the socket. 2. Mount the cord lights — Clip the lights on the surface with a hammer. Draw the segment into the open arcs of the cable clips as you rotate it in the pattern you like. Ensure that the hammer doesn't miss the target when touching the clips because the rope lighting can be lost. 3. Switch off the plug and plug in the cord light. Teste their output. If the length of the light rope does not meet the outlet, use the extension string. Turn on the plug to see if the socket lights up.
